Lights and warning lines for fork lifts

Hitting or driving into a pedestrian is the most frequent type of accidents involving fork lifts. The number of such accidents can be significantly reduced by increasing the visibility of vehicles and marking the areas of safe distance from them.


OPERATION PRINCIPLE

Warning lines

Visible lines marking the safety area are displayed on the sides and at the back of the vehicle on which LED lamps or lasers have been mounted.  This way, pedestrians in the vicinity of the vehicle can see the minimum distance which must be kept from it.

The size of the safety area around the vehicle can be easily configured and adjusted to the individual needs.

Warning lights

LED lamps – which are connected to the gears of the vehicle and display signs showing its current driving direction on the floor – are mounted in the upper part of the vehicle, at its front and back. This way, pedestrians are warned of the approaching vehicle much earlier, gaining sufficient time to react.

The displayed signs can be static, but, in order to be more visible, they can also flash.

Lines marking the safe area around the vehicle and lights indicating its driving direction are separate products, which can be ordered either as a set or separately.

  • Reducing the effect of routine by constantly drawing attention to the danger zone around the vehicle.
  • Facilitating the work of drivers.
  • It is an effective solution even in noisy areas (which exclude the application of acoustic signals)

  • Making the moving vehicle more visible.
  • Clear marking of the direction in which the vehicle is moving
  • Warning of approaching vehicle before it enters the area of immediate danger (even when it is not visible yet, for example hidden around a corner)
  • Reducing the effect of routine by drawing pedestrians’ attention with flashing light effects
  • Increasing the comfort of drivers
  • It is an effective solution even in noisy areas (which exclude the application of acoustic signals)

OTHER APPLICATIONS

Both the lines marking safety areas and the lights indicating driving direction can be used not only in fork lifs but also other types of vehicles.
